In addition to its excellent network connectivity, state-of-the-art facilities and best practice operations, HKIA is the world’s first airport community obtaining all IATA CEIV certifications.

As a pioneer in air cargo digitization, HKIA introduced HKIA Cargo Data Platform as early as 2021, a community-based ecosystem network to address the evolving needs of Hong Kong’s air cargo industry and continuously enhance cargo operational excellence. In 2025, HKIA took another leap to launch HKIA Cargo Connect, an innovative, intelligent and interconnected digital ecosystem that empowers airline partnerships.
