HKIA Cargo Connect Launch Event
On 25 June 2025, the Airport Authority Hong Kong proudly unveiled HKIA Cargo Connect during the TIACA Executive Summit 2025 held in Hong Kong. The summit gathered over 280 top-level executives from across the global air cargo industry, fostering dynamic discussions on strategic industry topics.
HKIA Cargo Connect was introduced by Ms. Irene Lau, General Manager of the Aviation Logistics Department (Hong Kong), Airport Authority Hong Kong. It is the world's first airport-led initiative that is set to powering airline partnership through an intelligent innovative platform, creating big opportunity for all .
Following the announcement, distinguished senior executives from several pilot airlines of the platform participated in the discussion, and shared valuable insights on the platform’s potential to transform airline collaboration and operations.
