HKIA Dongguan Logistics Park Development Briefing 2025

On June 18, 2025, Airport Authority Hong Kong (“AAHK”) proudly hosted the "Hong Kong International Airport (“HKIA”) Dongguan Logistic Park Development Briefing 2025" at the JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen, attracting more than 300 representatives from over 130 companies. Participants included freight forwarders from Hong Kong and Mainland China, warehouse operators, cargo terminal operators, and airlines, all eager to explore new business opportunities through the Logistics Park project.
The conference showcased a comprehensive introduction to the HKIA Logistics Park pilot scheme and the development plan and progress of the permanent facilities, emphasizing its advantages and recent developments. Representatives from Dongguan Port Group presented their 2025 business promotion plan, while representatives from Yusen Logistics Global Management (Hong Kong) Limited and Dongguan Forward Transportation Company Limited shared insights into the services provided by Hong Kong agents and the consolidation service providers at the Logistics Park, highlighting future growth prospects. Representatives from Hong Kong Air Cargo Carrier Limited and Cathay Pacific Airways discussed the strategic benefits of utilizing Hong Kong International Airport’s extensive flight network in conjunction with the Logistic Park, further enhancing logistics capabilities.
