Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) is committed to providing world-class services and continuously bringing new solutions to our business partners. This year, AAHK’s dedication as a pioneer in air cargo digitization and innovation was recognized with the collection of accolades at the Hong Kong ICT Awards 2025, held on 21 November 2025.

Organized by the Digital Policy Office of the HKSAR Government, the Awards have been widely recognized as the annual flagship event of the local industry since their debut in 2006, with the aim of building a locally embraced and internationally acclaimed ICT brand.

Among the awards, AAHK was bestowed the Smart Mobility Grand Award and the Smart Mobility (Smart Logistics) Gold Award for its 'Hong Kong Air Import SmartCollect', which is designed to streamline the end-to-end import cargo collection journey at cargo terminals by providing electronic Shipment Release Forms (eSRF). This innovative service not only enhances efficiency, enables better cargo journey traceability and security,  but also builds a more sustainable air cargo supply chain. Additionally, AAHK received the Smart Mobility (Smart Logistics) Silver Award for its 'HKIA Cargo Connect', the world’s first airport-led initiative to empower airline partnership through an innovative, intelligent and interconnected digital ecosystem of air cargo industry, reinforcing HKIA’s position as a preferred global air cargo hub.

The recognitions underscore the strong collaboration within Hong Kong’s air cargo community and reaffirm AAHK’s commitment to innovation and excellence. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to industry partners for their unwavering support and collaboration.
