Since the launch of the HKIA Cargo Data Platform in 2021, AAHK has been dedicated to advancing industry-wide digitalization, through establishing a trusted and neutral network that connects stakeholders of our air cargo community. Last year, we collaborated with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) on the Commercial Data Interchange (CDI) to facilitate trade financing and successfully developed a use case. Building on this momentum, we are excited to further our partnership with HKMA this year as a member of the Expert Panel on Project CargoX established by HKMA.

We are committed to transforming the digital landscape of Hong Kong's air cargo industry to reinforce our global competitiveness. In late 2021, we launched the pioneering HKIA Cargo Data Platform, a digital ecosystem network that connects our air cargo community stakeholders using advanced technologies such as blockchain. Through this synchronised, neutral and trusted digital network, we aim to build a secured, efficient, resilient and sustainable air cargo supply chain.
