Dear Hong Kong Air Cargo Community,

In view of the recent challenges of unplanned flight cancellations due to global political situations, and in collaborative efforts of the three cargo terminal operators, namely HACTL, AAT, and CCT, we reaffirm our commitment to community care. The cargo terminals are working closely with the airlines concerned to offer waivers on relevant charges associated with the withdrawal of impacted cargo already tendered, where possible. This arrangement is effective from 5 March 2026 and will remain valid until further notice.
